missingWrote a review on Oct 31noise issues
The front room suffers from significant noise due to the small, non-opening portholes. earplugs are essential. Limited to those portholes, the room lacks proper windows, impacting overall air circulation unless the air conditioning is always running. Plus, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, and coffee options are limited to Nescafe, which might not satisfy caffeine enthusiasts.

The hotel's location right on the central plaza made it super convenient for exploring Izamal. My Standard King Room was spacious and stylish, with a charm that echoed traditional colonial decor. Air conditioning cooled the room quickly, which was great. The bathroom was large, but I had some minor issues with shower drainage. I loved the vibrant atmosphere and appreciated being next door to a supermarket. However, the room had small non-opening portholes that let in a lot of street noise at night. Earplugs were essential for a good night's sleep. I asked to change rooms, but none were available despite many vacant. The rooftop terrace had beautiful views, but it got too hot to enjoy comfortably. A few coffee options would have been nice, as they only offered Nescafe. Apart from that, my stay turned out pretty enjoyable.

I loved the huge room and the easy street parking nearby, making my stay super comfy. The relaxing outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were great spots to unwind after a busy day. Just a heads up, the front room I got was a bit noisy at night, but overall it didn’t take away from the experience! 😊

We loved the vibrant atmosphere right on the main plaza, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the stunning convent. The hotel had a lovely outdoor terrace and a refreshing pool, making for a perfect place to relax after a day of adventures.
The rooftop terrace was too hot during the day, limiting our time up there.

The spacious Standard King Room offered comfort and good air conditioning, enhancing the stay despite some minor concerns with shower drainage. Located right on the main plaza, it provided convenient access to local attractions and a nearby supermarket. The friendly staff contributed to a welcoming atmosphere, making it an enjoyable spot for solo travelers. Dining options nearby included some of the best grilled seafood I encountered during my travels.
